After spending my week running from one show to the next, London Fashion Week is slowly but surely coming to an end. I have seen beautiful pieces being displayed during the presentations and flowing down the runway. But I still find myself raving about the events that were happening during this fashionable week in London. Especially the Wolf & Badger x Swarovski event. During this event independent designers such as Delphine-Charlotte Parmentier, Octavia Yang, Boks And Baum and On Aura Tout Vu got the chance to showcase their designs. Every design incorporated with the iconic Swarovski crystals.

To start the Wolf & Badger showroom was filled with good-looking people and not just inside. People were standing in lines outside just to get in. Once inside I realised how filled this place was. From the front of the showroom all the way to the back were people enjoying themselves. Clinking their glasses with champagne and glancing at the beautiful designs that were being showcased. Before mingling into the crown I decided to start with the Wolf & Badger x Swarovski collections.

Right at the entrance I found designer Delphine – Charlotte Parmentier, a Parisian high-end jewelry designer. Delphine-Charlotte previously worked with designers like Jeanne Lanvin and Thierry Mugler and is no stranger in the world of luxury accessories. Delphine crystallized a sublime ear cuff with the use of Swarovski crystals. I could already see myself rocking these!! Normally I am not the type to wear an ear cuff. But the Swarovski crystals really made me change my mind.

From Delphine-Charlotte to this next designers. Yassen Samouilov and Livia Stoianova from On Aura Tout Vu, translate ” You think you’ve seen it all”. Such a dreamy presentation. Their pieces would be perfect for a tea with Queen Elizabeth II or a fairytale wedding. The way the Swarovski crystals have been incorporated into their designs is just hypnotizing. On Aura Tout Vu embodied their designs in a royal manner which you could clearly see by the shapes, the colors used and the precise craftsmanship. Yassen and Livia are not only known for creating luxury accessories, but also for their couture collections. After hearing this I fell even more in love with the brand.

Next up where the collection created by Octavia Yang. After winning the International Talent Support Jewelry Award sponsored by Swarovski things really took of for Octavia. Her designs are a mixture of the Chinese culture and modern elegance. Her pieces are very wearable by a wide range of people, which I found very interesting. Therefore in this collection you will find pieces for a day in the office, but also for a glamorous night out. While admiring her designs I could tell that she knew how to add the Swarovski crystal in this collection. The outcome, seamless Octavia pieces with a touch of Swarovski’s crystals.
